Raven Housing

Formerly RB Housing Trust, Raven Housing Trust was formed in 2002 following a ballot of tenants to transfer Reigate and Banstead Borough Councils’ housing stock. Raven works in partnership with residents, staff and contractors to deliver high standards of service at cost effective prices.

Managing more than 5,500 homes ranging from studio flats to 4 bedroom houses, they also provide sheltered accommodation for the elderly and affordable homes to key workers and employ over 150 staff to manage the tenants and leaseholders.
