Maintenance Packages
Pro-active Maintenance
If you want to optimize the reliability of your Audio Visual system, our Pro-active Maintenance service is the right choice. It is designed to extend the life of your equipment and keep downtime to a minimum.
Emergency Assistance
Foresight has a dedicated team of rapid response Service Engineers on hand to visit your premises. That’s because even the best maintained system may develop a fault and require an engineer to attend to the problem on site. With Emergency Assistance, you’re guaranteed a priority response every time.
Offsite Repairs
This service should not be required during the first year’s life of your system. But when the warranties expire, if your equipment fails it may have to be removed from site for repair at our workshop. If so, it will be returned quickly and in good working order.
Components Protection
As equipment ages, the need for spare components and materials may become an issue. Our Components Protection service means that in the event of failure, your equipment will be repaired at no further cost to you and returned as soon as possible.
Equipment Loan Plan
If our engineer is unable to fix a problem during a site visit, an item of equipment may need to be removed for repair. To reduce the inconvenience to you, where practical and available, a replacement will be provided and fitted to minimize downtime.
Support Helpdesk
You can call us during working hours for immediate telephone support from a Senior Engineer.
Evening and Weekend Cover
Out of hours support can be arranged upon request.
